Warner H. Session is the principal attorney for Session Title
Services and is a member of the District of Columbia Bar. He has over
a decade of experience in housing and urban development policy as a
Washington Representative for the City of Atlanta.
Mr. Session also maintains a close working relationship with officials
at all levels of DC Government and specializes in intergovernmental
relations — a major advantage in negotiating the intricacies of
complex commercial real estate transactions in the District.
Mr. Session currently serves as Chairman of the Metropolitan Washington
Airports Authority (MWAA) Advisory Committee, a committee that advises
the MWAA regarding commercial real estate development at the area’s
major airports.

Deborah E. Malbon, STS's Director of Operations, has over 20 years'
prior experience in title settlement services, including title processing
and resolving a wide range of title issues.
Paulette M. Griggs, STS's Senior Processing Administrator, also
has over 20 years. prior experience in title settlement services,
including title processing and resolving a wide range of title issues.
Douglas Stringer, Processor and Legal Associate - Mr. Stringer
has worked for STS since its inception in 2003. He has handled a
variety of tasks including opening files, clearing title, obtaining
releases, preparing binders, and providing legal research and support.
Jennifer Moore, Operations Manager - Ms. Moore has worked for STS
since its inception in 2003. She has handled a variety of tasks including
title searches, processing, clearing title, and post-closing. Ms. Moore
is responsible for quality control.
Cheryl Tibbs, Post Closer - Ms. Tibbs has over 3 years' experience
as a pre-settlement processor and post-closing agent. She previously
worked for First Title & Escrow, Inc.
